"Seller bill of sale". Well-maintained 108' ex-Navy YTB - all steel tug. Recently retired in Puget Sound, in excellent condition. Features a Fairbanks Morse 2000 hp engine with low hours and numerous upgrades. Includes two low-hour CAT 7.1 Tier 3 gensets. In 2017, the AC panel and HVAC system were upgraded, and the rudders and shafts were inspected. Hull, freeboard, decks, and house were blasted to near white metal. 2017 upgrades: new coatings, non-skid surfaces, NXT solid state radar, AIS, VHFs, transducer, GPS, and LED navigation lights. Comes with many spare parts and consumables. Offers 2 staterooms on the main deck and 2 below, plus 2 heads on the main deck. The galley features a new commercial 6-burner range oven. POKAGON is a perfect heavy-duty world cruiser or liveaboard, ready to go to work or travel anywhere. Markey towing winches, in excellent condition, could be sold separately.
